**Skin Blessing Return & Refund Policy**

We want you to love your Skin Blessing products. Due to the personal-care nature of skincare and strict hygiene/safety standards, our policy is as follows:

Change-of-Mind Returns (Unopened Products Only)

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (original shipping non-refundable) if:

- The product is completely unopened and unused

- All original factory seals, tamper-evident packaging, and hygiene seals remain intact and unbroken

- The item is in its original packaging with all components and in resalable condition

- You provide your order number/proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items  

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

- Opened, used, tested, or seal-broken products

- Samples, trial sizes, or minis

- Personalized, custom, or final-sale items

- Products returned without prior authorization

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) at our discretion after verification.

Adverse Reactions  

If you experience an unexpected skin reaction, contact us promptly with details. We may offer a one-time exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis for products reported within 7 days and showing limited use. This is a goodwill gesture and does not create an ongoing obligation. We recommend a patch test before full use.

How to Initiate a Return  

1. Email support@skinblessing.com] with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).  

2. If approved, we will provide an RMA and return instructions.  

3. Ship the item back as directed within the timeframe given. Unauthorized returns may be refused.  

4. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (typically within 7–14 business days after approval; bank processing times vary).

Additional Terms  

- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions or appears abusive.  

- Opened or non-compliant returns may be destroyed and will not be refunded.  

- This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have regarding defective goods.
